First Session – 9:30 – 12:30 – Legal Update

Housing and Planning Act 2016, Immigration Act 2014 and the amendments in the Immigration Act 2016, Hidden Letting Agent Fees, Minimum EPC rating in 2018, and many other current topics.

Second Session  – 13:30 – 16:30 – Inventory

Inventories – move in and maintaining a good property condition.
