The Ministry of Justice has announced plans to increase court fees with effect from Monday 13th July 2026 (subject to parliamentary approval). Most of the increases are 2.6%.
Possession Application (Recovery of Land) was £404, increasing to £415.
Bailiff Application (Issue of a warrant of possession) was £148, increasing to £152.
