The Renters’ Rights Act is bringing in changes that will affect every landlord – this course will be an invaluable guide to landlords and letting agents.
Course will cover;
- Key legal changes and compliance for landlords
- New tenants’ rights and protections
- New landlord obligations – how to stay compliant
- Possession changes following abolition of section 21
If you are accredited this will count towards your CPD hours, but the course is open to all.
