When you contact Aspray, we will:
Visit your Property and Scope the Damage
Your dedicated Aspray Loss Assessor will attend the property and inspect the damage, compiling a scope of works to submit to your insurer.
Negotiate a Fair Settlement
Handling all communications, whether that’s over the phone, via email or face-to-face, your loss assessor will negotiate a fair settlement with the insurer or their representative.
Project Manage the Reinstatement Works
Using vetted contractors, your Aspray assessor will project manage the reinstatement works, returning your property to its pre-loss condition as swiftly as possible. The assessor will ensure that your are completely satisfied with the works carried out before the claims is complete.
No Charge for our Loss Assessing Service
There is no charge for the Aspray Loss Assessing service providing we can use our vetted contractors to complete the reinstatement works. However, any excess stated within the policy will still apply and is payable by the policyholder. If you are a VAT registered individual or company, you will be responsible for paying VAT element of the claim but can claim this from HMRC on your next VAT return.
