Flat roofs can be difficult to assess because water can become trapped within the roof and the affected area is not always obvious from the surface. Thermal imaging can help identify these problem areas and narrow down where further inspection or repair is needed.

Water leaks can also be very difficult to trace, especially where water enters in one place and appears somewhere completely different inside the property. Thermal imaging can help follow the route the water is taking through ceilings, walls and roof spaces, helping to identify the likely source and avoid unnecessary opening-up or repeated guesswork.

Land By Drone also provides high-resolution RGB drone roof inspections, checking tiles, slates, flashing, valleys, chimneys, gutters, skylights and other hard-to-access areas. Other services include damp and mould checks, heat-loss and insulation surveys, and solar panel thermal health checks.
