Teignbridge District Council Housing Services are hosting this free event – There will be a speaker discussing the Renters’ Rights Act and what you need to do to prepare for it.

There will also be updates from the local authority including the SPRINT (Supporting People Renting in Teignbridge) letting service for landlords.

Please note, this is not an SWLA event. SWLA landlords are very welcome to attend – please book ahead.
