Teignbridge District Council Housing Services are hosting this free event – James Gladwin from the NRLA will be the guest speaker. He will be talking about about the implications of the Renters’ Rights Act and what you need to do to prepare for it.

There will also be updates from the local authority including the SPRINT (Supporting People Renting in Teignbridge) letting service for landlords.

Please note, this is not an SWLA event. SWLA landlords are very welcome to attend – please book ahead.
