The ECO4 policy is set out to reduce home energy consumption by improving home heating in Great Britain through solar panels. Homeowners and tenants can both apply for the ECO4 scheme, all that is required is that your property’s Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is rated as an E, F or a G.
To be eligible you must also have an income-based benefit coming into the property or have an income below £31,000.
